The only rows I've ever felt are the one-arm ones on a bench, using a heavy-ass dumbbell and a lot of heave. Then, it's more of a full-blown torso exercise, but I feel it much more in the back than any sort of strict row. These also seem to fix my posture better than any other row.
I've been incorporating these more lately with a barbell, actually (but still one-armed). When I say lately, I mean in the past week, so I don't quite know how they're going to pan out, but I can fill you in on them in about 5-6 weeks.
